Participate. Learn. Win?

One of my big goals when I started Employaid was giving people a place where they could communicate.  I found that in too many companies communication isn’t encouraged but rather stifled.  So I wanted to create a place where workers from every type of career could come and learn.  A place that would serve as an open communication platform for you to ask questions, give advice, share your experiences and get a lot of value in return.

But I also feel that you should be rewarded for your participation.  We have created videos, articles, blog posts, podcasts, whitepapers and a full fledged forum to give you the tools that you need to not only survive in your job but to succeed at your career.

So today we’re announcing the first of many cool contests to help give more back to the people who deserve it the most.  You – our amazing members.  The contest is simple.  Communicate 10 times over the next 30 days and you can win.

What do we mean by “communicate”? This can be anything from leaving a comment on a blog post, article, video or even a podcast.  It could also mean contributing to (or even starting) a thread in our forums.  The medium isn’t the point.  The communication is.   Once you have reached 10 (real) comments – you will be automatically entered to win a brand new 8gb iPod Touch!  A winner will be chosen randomly (the more time you comment – the better your chances of winning) in exactly 30 days from now. ALSO – there will be one weekly winner of a $50 Amazon gift card. You just need to comment at least once during the next 30 days to be entered to win this random drawing!
